CHIPRA Survey

We at North Raleigh Pediatrics are always working to improve the care we give our patients.

Currently we are working with a national program that is evaluating Pediatric EHRs (Electronic Health Records) with the goal of improving the standard of these systems across the board and improving the one we use and how we use it.  Part of this problem is getting the opinions of our patients and families.  Since this survey was written to be used across many different HER systems some of the questions may not apply, and that’s okay.  We want you to be honest of course, so we can not only improve our system but the benchmark nationally for pediatric EHRs.

Thank you!
North Raleigh Pediatrics.
